In my case this is a charge for merchandise I purchased at a Harlem Globetrotters game. Legit.
I went to a Joe Satriani concert and bought some merchandise there. That's what the charge is all about for me so likely something similar

Not a scam, but looks like it might be the name for a variety of event vendors, I bought a souvenir from a musical in Vancouver and that's what it came up as
