I've got a charge from CHANGE POINT LAUNDRY P RIVERVIEW FL. This is from our apartment complex's laundry machines that let you pay by card.
That would seem to indicate that you've used the facility at your apartment.. or maybe someone used your card without asking..
I did not use my card for these purchases on 2-26-18

Fraudulent charge on my credit card today 10-24-2019 for $2.25 from Change Point Laundry Pymt. I did not use my card for ANY laundry services anywhere, any time. Reported to my VISA account and they canceled my credit card.
I have the same charge on my credit card "Change Point Laundry Pymt" and I used the laundry (washer and dryer) in a hostel in Denver two days before!
I have been staying at an extended stay hotel in Johnson City, Tennessee. When we do laundry using the credit card system on the washers and dryers in the guest laundry room here (operated/owned by CHANGE POINT LAUNDRY), we find later extra charges on the credit card. For example, we did 4 washer loads and 3 dryer loads today each from $2.25 to $2.75. Instead of 7 individual charges in this range we had 9. That was an extra $4.50-$5.50 just on our weekly wash. If I stayed here a year they could get as much as $286 just from 1 family. Multiple that by millions...you get the picture. They are counting on people not checking their credit card charges and/or not bothering to dispute a small charge. USE QUARTERS.
