10/26/2017 $39.90 Transaction ID: 7269166252 UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE At time of this charge I was submitting an online payment on E-bay. Rather than charge from E-bay being on my statement, CSRCR.COM is what appears. Called the 888 number provided and they claim this charge is for a free credit score trial back in May. That is false for I never signed up for any trial membership. I stated that this is an unauthorized transaction and to reverse this charge. At present time, there has been no resolution. found this charge on my July bank statement. The card is less than 60 days old. thank goodness for Huntington Bank. they always get my money back for me. #lovemybank.

This is some sort of scam! I don’t know who these people are. I have several $1.00 charges and a few $39 charges that I have to disputed. Thank goodness my bank alerted me and will be getting my money back asap!

on February 3,2019, These people took $40.80 off my debit card, with no explanation or purchase. Obviously been scammed also.

CSRCR.comis a scam of you see charges from them on your card notify your financial institution immediately & ask them to stop future charged, pending charges can be stopped. Your financial institution will send you a new card if you ask!

Just had $39.90 charged on my account also. Scammers. I'm on disability .

Just this morning noticed two unauthorized charges on my card each for $39.90. Called fraud division at my bank and the cancelled my card and gave me a temporary credit while they investigate the charges. This company has A LOT of complaints with the BBB. They are about to get one more. I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

I called today to find out what this charge was for. It was for 3 free credit scores any time, identity protection, and roadside service - none of which I’ve ever used. I think this was a fine print subscription when I signed up for a free credit score once online. Obviously not free at all. The agent cancelled my subscription. I’ll be watching to make sure the charge goes away.

My mother-in-law just went through this. She contacted her bank and they are investigating the charge but refunded her money while they are doing so.

CRSCR charged my debit card twice for the same things free credit score I didn't want. I've been waiting for my refund since 6/25/21 still nothing. I'm reporting them to the BBB.

The reply mail which you have sent me makes no sense asking for a 'Reply " but providing no space to enter a reply . Googling this data simply leads to an " alleged customer service web site which is common to a number of the other scam charges " wherein they request more of your personal details i.e, "come in spinner " . May I suggest that providing your security department has someone with an IQ slightly larger than their shoe size there is no earthly reason that your IT folk could not have done so . Note Commonwealth Mastercard , and American Express immediately recognised these and similar charges as scams immediately and without form filling and further lengthy palaver refunded the charges . It seems maybe Visa may not be worth wasting my time with in future , I have written to the Sydney Morning Herald a national daily asking them to draw public attention to this scanning scam as a public service , it is rampant in Southern Sydney and for reasons known only themselves they have failed to do so , capitalism at its best protecting financial racketeers I guess .

Just got charged twice on the same day. Did not want a free score and did not agree for them to take out. Will call first thing tomorrow morning for a refund.
