This is a legit service fee charge associated with credit card payments to various agencies
I called my bank and this is a charge for transactions done on-line - my specifically was a real estate tax fee. It is ok.
This charged showed up on my card the day after I e-filed my tax return.
This is a legitimate fee for processing online tax payments. Mine was for Newry, ME real estate tax.
