I have been charged 220.53 last month and again this month. It says SKINCREAM-CRS.EU 163.50 USD HASLEMERE SURGBR. It has been charged to my Master card and I had to pay my credit card. I do not want to pay it again. what can I do?

I have been charged by this stupid company too. My Visa card list the merchant same: SKINCREAM-CRS-EU- US$163.50 USUD HASLEMERE SURGBR I bought it once online, the goods came. ...but it helps itself to auto recurring for Jan 2016 and then Feb 2016.. someone stop this scammer. I forgot which site I bought from and desperately trying to hunt down this irresponsible company. Someone knows please help me too. Such kind of !&$^%#*s must be stopped at all cost. I have no more faith in the internet anymore !!!
