What is this charge for. The ticket was purchased and this is an unknown charge to me.
I too noticed this charge on my credit card statement this week. I purchased a ticket on Korail, but that amount was different. I've raised the matter with my bank for investigation. My card has been blocked by the bank. Not sure what this transaction amount is for.
