This was a charge on my debit card that I was unsure of, but after some research it is a payment that I made for a vision exam at Vision Works Eye care center.
I went to the eye doctor {Vision works} on Saturday{8/19/17...well after I finished with the exam I paid for the services of $59.98.. well be hold I'm sitting in my living room and get a message letting me know that my account balance is 000 so I pulled up my account and it shows that HOME OFFICE ECCA 941 has charged my debit card of a $110.46 for services.GO FIGURE TRYING TO GET HELP IS IMPOSSIBLE!!! WHY DO I NEED TO PAY AGAIN WHAT THE EXAM WHEN IT WAS PAID ON THE DAY OF SERVICES
