Tried to rent to movies on October8th. Machine did not work. We never got a movie, commented to cashier at dtore she confirmed machine had not worked. Yet my crefit card is charged? Pleade remove.z
Charged Credit card and dvd machine did not work.
This company did a unarthrized charge on my checking account today june 27th 2017 for a large amount of money,i got a movie from them 3 weeks ago and returned movie back within the time frame,now after spending 1hour 30 mins at the bank filling out paper work,bank stated that i'll get my money they unlawfuly took from checking account within 10 days,therefore i'm never using them ever again,i would advise people not use this dvd rental company.
Bank tried to contact them to get answers,no phone number provided to contact customer service,bank went ahead and did fruad claim on the checking account in order for me to get my money
I have worked for the company that own, run, service and maintenance; the are located in a small town in iowa and ARE an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY a person could EVER work for!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! One of the best places to rent New Releases and Favorite DVDs with or to rent your movies from. Hands down. I'D GIVE THEM 5 out of 5 STARS!!!
