It seems to be reimbursement for a failed ATM withdrawal in Korea. Had this show up when I tried to withdraw money from an ATM in Korea. The transaction failed (the ATM was out of money I think) but I suppose my bank account was charged and then the amount charged was reimbursed (within 24 hours).
It’s an ATM.
