I didn't recognize this at first, but determined it must be the $20 flat rate parking fee of the lot in Capitola off Esplanade/Monterrey.
As noted, parking lot fee in Capitola.
shame on this company. it makes it VERY unclear that a 40.00 charge for parking on weekends. make it HUGE so people, like me, a senior, understands I am not expecting to pay 20.00 NOT 40.00 its called GREED... patrice otten. age 78. walnut creek california
