Took me a while to work out what this was. It's a charge by Virgin Atlantic, in my case for reserving seats.
Seat reservation (Upgrade) on Virgin Atlantic - I didn't recognise that name at first, but yes, definitely legitimate.

As with others, I was suspicious but ties in with the amount I paid to upgrade seats on Virgin Atlantic. Wished they'd put Virgin and not VAA
