It's a subscription for a forum. In my case homebrewforum
This appeared without my knowledge or consent on my paypal. Paypal said that I had established a debit authority with GLOBALCOMM, I have cancelled the 'authorisation ' with them. Mystery and some kind of scam.
I was concerned also. Mine was also subscription to HomeBrew
What I deduced was, I had paid this to a forum for a truck group as an annual membership fee which helps run the website and gives more access aka membership perks
I made a small donation to Engineer Boards and this odd text was how it appeared on my credit card receipt.
Same - I made a donation to EngineerBoards, this is how it showed up on my statement.
