Topshop electronic gift vouchers bought on topshop.com website are handled by voucherexpress.co.uk. Not fraudulent.
Voucher Express is the company working behind the scenes to assist retailers with their gift card and digital gift card sales online. You'll see Voucher Express on your statements if you've purchased gift cards, gift vouches or similar from companies like Argos, Debenhams, Selfridges and Topshop. See Andrew's comments above July 03, 2019- correct re UK. I bought a John Lewis gift card in December 2021 and it appeared as " VOUCHEREXPRESS RIPON" on my Amex statement.
checked this out, turned out it was abba voyage voucher
