On June 5th I ordered your plantar fasciitis program for $37.97 together with the cd for &27.00. My iPad was unable to accommodate the program so I cancelled it immediately and requested accredit on my visa account. I received the cd by mail which is fine and now billed but I did not activate the online program and I am now being billed two charges in the amount of $37.97, one on June 5 th and the other on June 15 th for on order which I did not activate and cancelled immediately. Kindly advise and issue my credit as soon as possible. Thank you, Jocelyn Clarke
