I was charged by Travel Servicca $ 168.40 while making travel arrangements with Jet Blue on February 11,2016. Nowhere in our conversation did he mention a charge for a change. I called back for a direct flight. He said, " I can do that. No problem". And he gave me Jet Blue direct flight from FTL, Florida to Hartford on April 21, 2016 at 8:32 am. bank Statement has a charge of $168 40 I did not agree to any such charge. AF8dzS
