THIS IS A CHARGE FOR CROSSING ONE OF THE CATALANS STATE ROAD. THEY ARE SOME PAY-TO-DRIVE-BY (I DONT KNOW HOW TO BETTER EXPLAIN MYSELF) AND THE OTHER ONES THAT ARE FREE BUT THEY ARE LOT OLDER.
