This is a renewal for a discount Dental plan from Cigna dental discount plan. If you ever had the Cigna Dental Discount Plan this is automatic renewal. You may have forgotten about Cigna if you have the plan but have not used it because it is a multi-year plan if I remember correctly. I believe that is what just happened with my account. It is easy to forget if you don't use it. I am keeping it just in case because I know a root c$#*& is in the future.
