THEFT! My wallet was stolen at near the dressing rooms at WALMART IN TIJUANA in mid afternoon today, 20 Nov. 2017, and within appx 30-60 minutes a FRAUDULET CREDIT CHARGE was noted by my banker in TX USA for $1520.03 via “FARM LA MAS BAR”, which I found to implicate the following: “Farmacia La Mes Barata“ as viewed online. Tijuana Police were notified; however, I am directed by inquiries to go to a Ministry of Consumer/Public Affairs (?) to report such to a federal level, yet I have no chance until the next day at the end of this one.
