It's the name of a company that is used for when you activate your details for a race online.
I entered the Snowdonia Marathon and this was the entry on my Statement
It turned up to be the registration fee for a race in Oslo - Sentrumsloepet.

BTR (Wirral/Liverpool) Marathons etc use these guys to process online applications; all good! :) eg. Santa Dash, Tunnel Run, Wirral Half Marathon etc

Just entered the BTR Liverpool Half Marathon and these are the people they use for on line applications, all legitimate.
Cardiff 10k entry fee for Sept 2018, paid online April 2018 - this company do the online race entries. Fee agrees with email receipt. Company online profile describes them as race administrators and timers. All legit.
